You need to be at practice now...unless Coach Tokuda knows your reason. If you are enrolled but not showing up to practices, you will be dropped before school starts. email: mrtokuda88@yahoo.com. |

Registration: If you are not enrolled in Cross Country, then talk to Coach Tokuda at practice. Coach Tokuda is the only one who can move students in or out of Cross Country (don't bother talking with the counselors.) |

If you are not cleared by Sept. 8th (1st day of school), you will be dropped. Talk to Coach Tokuda for any unusual circumstance that might prevent you from being cleared by this date. |
